COVID-19 Relief Package

The global lockdown is biting harder on everybody's pus.

Putting on hold all online services. Several websites and servers have been suspended and several websites and servers have been terminated. We understand it's not your wish to allow your subscription to stop and be removed. Hence, we have decided to make sure that your subscriptions are secured to reduce the effect of COVID-19 on you.

COVID-19 RELIEF PACKAGE

We have changed our 1-day suspension after the due period to 10 days due period and  7 days overdue termination to 30 days overdue termination. This means that your subscription will still be active for 10 days after due and suspended after 10 days. The service will remain on the server for 30 days instead of 7 days if you fail to pay for the renewal.

Note: This terms of service/policy did not reflect on our TOS/Policy page.

This is a relief package from us to all our existing and new customers till after Government lifts the lockdown.
